Create A Poster

I decided to do my poster about Autism awareness. As I've said before, it is a cause close to my heart, so I feel that it's what I am best prepared to work with.
I decided to keep it real simple and simply talk about the diagnosis rate. As of 2011, one in a hundred children are diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. We NEED to find out what is causing this inflated rates. We know part of it is that there is much more awareness and that means more children will be diagnosed. However, that can't possibly account for the massive rise alone.

  1. I really like your poster on Autism. Love the colors you chose and it's simplicity. The ribbon with the puzzle pieces is a great symbol.
Having raised three kids I know how difficult it is dealing with any issue that effects their well-being. A poster like yours can help raise awareness and hopefully that will lead to more research and answers for those dealing with autism.

  2. i am glad you did this. i have a 3 year old autistic son. i like the simplcity of your work, it speaks volumes. i want to add that the color of the ribbon can be confused for breast cancer. i will suggest that you use another color, say like blue. good job
